Occupancy:

1 bedroom apartment = 2 persons
2 bedroom apartment = 4 persons
3 bedroom apartment = 6 persons

1 extra adult/child per apartment on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges apply.

Children under 2 free except when requiring any additional bedding.

Arrival & Departure:

Check in time: 2:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am

Deposits & Payments:

Deposit within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. Balance payable as advised by our reservations staff.

Cancellations:

In low season, no refund when booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in.

In mid and high seasons, no refund when booking is cancelled 29 days or less prior to the check-in date.

Refunds at discretion of management
